Essential Functions

  • Serve as a consultative solution sales lead, probing for client needs and aligning to omnichannel solutions with potential to grow into team leader 
  • Present IQVIA’s overall value proposition with a specific focus on our omnichannel solutions which include omnichannel tactics, analytics, platforms, and data
  • Proactively build deep and strategic relationships at high levels within the accounts assigned
  • Assure the development and execution of strategic account plans working with product, delivery, and account teams
  • Lead client prospecting, site presentations, proposals, negotiations, contract development and account business reviews with key stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM to document actions regarding planning and sales activities (ie. sales calls, customer events, opportunities) and shares account intelligence with internal team members
  • Act as a liaison between prospect/customer and IQVIA Delivery teams as necessary
  • Present sales opportunities to management and work with the internal departments/team members to close large complex sales
  • Participate in preparing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and be responsible to ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Keep well-informed of assigned industry trends, technological and process changes, new developments, services and other general information related to the assigned accounts and market scope
  • Provide required status reporting and updates to management
  • Track and manage client satisfaction through client surveys, QBRs, and client interviews
  • Work across product, thought leadership, and executive teams to deepen customer engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Understanding of omnichannel marketing with a passion for data, analytics, and technology
  • Minimum of 7 years sales experience. You have exceeded quota. You have been a difference maker. You have an extensive network of brand and agency leaders.
  • Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability
  • Skilled in negotiations and sales techniques
  • Knowledge of media, media channels, marketing, and sales data required
  • Demonstrated success accessing your market, the major players and decision makers.
  • Ability to interact with senior management and executives both internally and externally
  • Exhibit solid communication skills and work collaboratively across teams
  • Well-developed business acumen
  • Proficiency in excel and PPT required

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $108,500.00 - $184,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
