Finance Analyst

For our Warsaw office, we are currently searching for a FINANCE ANALYST

Responsibilities:

* FINANCIAL ANALYSIS (including profitability analysis)

• Participating in preparation of revenue and cost forecast

• Performing review and analysis of customers, products profitability

• Preparation of analysis, monthly monitoring of the results

• Monthly upload of forecast to Hyperion system

• Identification of possible savings areas, cost effectiveness initiatives and follow up actions

• Monitoring of the profitability of projects

* CASH COLLECTION PROCESSES COORDINATION

• Managing collectability: preparation of overdues reports, monitoring of the Daily Sales Outstanding reporting

• Preparation of monthly reporting required by corporate (DSO analysis, DSO forecast, etc.) and any other ad hock reports/ analysis

• Support collection of cash from overdue debtors, e.g. resolve customers' queries around outstanding invoices.

• Review provisions for bad debt.

*OTHER

• Ad hoc requests from Supervisor.

• Involve in audit queries.

• Deliver service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures.

• Cross functional cooperation with accounting, contract administration, HR, Sales Ops

Requirements:

• 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting and finance or other finance related areas

• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Very good knowledge of  in English and Polish languages
