Global Operations Intern, Real World Solutions

IQVIA is looking to hire an Intern to support Real World Solutions Global Operations group.
Position is full time, with fix term contract for 12 months.

The intern will have the opportunity to support different teams within RWS GO (Innovation & Technology, Quality Management, Strategic Operations, Acquisition Integration Management) and will gain knowledge and experience in multiple areas within the large matrix organization.

Essential Functions:

• Support implementation of new technologies into operational processes of the organization
• Participate in process optimization, change management and quality management initiatives
• Contribute to the development of communication, trainings and other business documentation 
• Maintain and manage SharePoint sites and other web pages
• Support Gen AI implementation across the organization

Required qualifications:

• MSc graduate in Economics, Management, Computer science or Data science with strong record of academic achievement 
• Fluency in English language is a must, strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point. SharePoint knowledge is a preference.

• Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations 

• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks, ownership, problem-solving and goal-oriented attitude
• Works willingly and effectively with others inside and outside the organization to achieve team goals
