Job Overview:

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for our organization across various skill sets: clinical, business, and technology. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, networking, and building relationships with potential candidates within the LatAm market. Additionally, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and delivery recruiting teams to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Essential Functions:

• Sourcing Excellence: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to proactively source and identify potential candidates across clinical, business, and tech roles in LATAM.
• Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging sourcing techniques specific to the LatAm market.
• Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand position requirements and align sourcing efforts accordingly.
• Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness. Continuously improve sourcing processes based on data insights.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. Provide timely feedback and maintain open communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist roles.
• Sound knowledge of legislation related to the recruiting process.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of the commercial environment and market trends.
• Customer service orientation.
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan routine activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
