Resourcing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the development, planning, and execution of processes and procedures to support Operations Team of Consulting Group day to day operations.

• Develop scheduling and capacity reporting on resource-level forecasts, project financial performance, and ad-hoc requests based on business needs.

• Update operation system information, e.g., Salesforce CRM, PSA, etc.

• Manage and implement new resource-related systems and processes.

• Support labour resource management function for the Consulting Group.

• Maintain relationships with internal resources and leadership to ensure smooth planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of operation / sales support experience required
• Working knowledge with SalesForce systems is a plus
• Good basic Microsoft applications skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong focus on process and detail; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
