About Us

IQVIA Integrated Research Solutions is one of Australia’s leading and largest healthcare market research providers. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support team member to join our Integrated Research team.

Role Overview

As an Operations Support team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fieldwork managers collect data from Health Care Professionals (HCPs). Your two primary focal points will be to (1) develop and nurture relationships with HCPs through various contact methods (including phone, email, and SMS); and (2) ensure timely payment of these HCPs for the work they do. Your responsibilities may also include testing new projects prior to launch, monitoring existing projects, conducting outreach to doctors and clinics, and collaborating closely with Fieldwork Managers to achieve project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) through various communication channels
  • Ensure timeline payment of HCP work
  • Support the data collection efforts of the fieldwork team.
  • Manage the day-to-day email inbox, call lists, and project priorities.
  • Seek and relay project feedback from our community of doctors to fieldwork managers.
  • Assist with monitoring ongoing projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct warm and cold outreach to doctors and clinics via emails, faxes, and phone calls.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with customer service/relationship building over the phone;
  • Highly organised
  • Proficient with the use of MS Word and Excel;
  • Ability to manage own workload with minimal guidance;
  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously and within a team;
  • Permanent working/resident rights in Australia (PR or Citizen).
