Position Purpose:

We are recruiting a brave mind with a native/bilingual level of German languages to join our Channel Dynamics Team. Under close guidance, you will be on charge of updating and analyzing less complicated databases ensuring all data is correct.

What to expect:

• Initiates calls to pharmacies using a prepared selling strategy.
• Promotes pharmacy participation in syndicated, on-going panels as recommended.
• Initiates follow-up calls with panels to achieve maximum rate of return, following prescribed script. Receives and processes all incoming calls from panel, responding to some routine questions and referring non-routine questions to manager.
• Prepares and mails hardcopy data collection documents to assigned panel.
• Collects information from panel and ensures quality meets basic requirements.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• German native speaker is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as well as keeping to tight deadlines.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
