What You’ll Do:
Be the Hero: You’ll provide second-tier IT support to end-users, solving their tech puzzles and ensuring smooth operations.
Support meeting rooms and video conferencing systems utilizing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
Deliver consistent core IT services and a high-quality customer experience by meeting our HDI and SLA targets.
Ensure asset compliance using ITAM for PC’s, tablets, and mobile phones and adhere to global processes.
Participate in the IT initiatives throughout the year.
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Recreate user issues, recommend system tweaks, and reduce those pesky problems.
Team Player: Escalate more complex problems to appropriate level of management and provide information on problems that are severe in nature or that are exceeding target dates.
Stick to the Script: Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure conformance with information systems, goals and procedures.
Innovate: Suggest creative solutions to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.
Spread the Knowledge: Train end-users and guide less experienced colleagues when required.
Stay in the Know: Keep up to date with tools, applications, and IT procedures. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the day-to-day operating environment, available tools, and client applications. Maintain a working knowledge of Service Desk and IT Operations procedures related to client services.
Flexibility Matters: Sometimes, you’ll need to work outside regular hours (but we’ve got you covered).
Qualifications:
Languages: Fluent in English.
Tech Savvy: Familiar with Computer hardware, PC software, Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft 365 products, Active Directory, server hardware, storage solutions and networks.
Communication Pro: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to users at all levels.
Diagnostic Skills: Critical diagnostic and Problem-solving skills
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related filed Req
