Immunoassay Associate Scientist

What Will You Be Doing:

• Analyzing data routinely in line with SOPs and guidelines.
• Documenting procedures with precision.
• Identifying and escalating unusual results or performance issues.
• Preparing necessary buffers and solutions for analysis.
• Assisting in updating laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Collaborating on lab equipment calibration maintenance.
• Participating in projects to enhance procedural efficiency.
• Continuously learning through training sessions and meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Medical Laboratory Technology.
• At least 6 months of experience in a industry regulated laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with the technical area, systems, and procedures.
• Knowledge of CAP/CLIA regulations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for this Role:

• Proficiency in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Experience in handling hazardous chemicals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Competency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications from regulatory bodies are a plus.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $48,900.00 - $73,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
