Consultant Healthcare institutions - Supply chain

Omni Care Consult is looking for a Healthcare Supply Chain Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing challenging projects in the healthcare sector, specifically dealing with complex exercises that address the issues faced by healthcare institutions today.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise projects at various hospitals, ensuring the successful completion and follow-up of tasks.
• Analyze current operations at care institutions, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide realistic, tailored advice.
• Use numerical data to analyze cases and motivate your proposals.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions that reflect the unique characteristics of each hospital within the global healthcare system.
• Establish strong relationships with clients by providing customized solutions.
• Adhere to deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in various work environments.
• Collaborate with clients and motivate teams for change.
• Develop and manage your own agenda efficiently, demonstrating stress resistance and excellent time management skills.

Key Requirements:

• A strong educational background complemented by work experience in a consulting environment focused on supply chain/logistics
• Affinity with the healthcare sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (native level) and English.
• Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset.
• Ownership skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), but also ERP tools like SAP.
