Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Twilio Flex solutions to meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and plugins for Twilio Flex.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Twilio Flex applications.
- Oversee the architecture and engineering of contact center solutions.
- Implement best practices for contact center operations, including call routing, IVR, and workforce management.
- Optimize contact center performance through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, customer support, and IT.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience withTwilio Flexand contact center technologies.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
